Why cant I restore purchase?

I payed 4.99 for all the fonts I reset my phone and downloaded the app again and almost every font is locked and I cant restore my purchases and it keeps telling me to buy an app with all the fonts but I already payed 5 dollars for all the fonts please fix this???
